The below are the documents required to process for Salaried Customers.

• Passport Copy with Residence Visa Page.
• Copy of the Work Permit ID.
• Latest Salary Certificate
• Last Six months Bank Statement ( From 01-01-08 to till date).
• Last Six months Pay Slips.

For UAE resident self-employed customers,

• Copy of passport with valid residence visa (as applicable)
• Copy of Trade License
• Copy of Chamber of Commerce Registration
• Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Latest 3 years’ audited accounts
• Latest 6 months’ company and personal bank statements
• Profile of company / promoters
• If your Self Employed:
•  Completed Application and signed (Kindly Initial each page
• . Proof of current address (dated within the last 3 months) Electric Bill/ Tenancy Contract/ Telephone Bill.
• Details of any existing financial commitments, including last mortgage statement. E.g.    Mortgage Loan, Car loan.
•  If any property rented out, copy of tenancy agreement and proof of rental income.
